Marga Fleet LLC (“Marga,” “we,” “us”) operates margafleet.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

When you use our contact form, we ask for your name, organization, email address, phone number, the approximate number of vehicles, assets, and work sites you operate, your industry, and any message you write. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, set up a demo or pilot, prepare quotes, and follow up about our services.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, the general location of visitors, the type of device and browser used, and which site referred them. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We do not use this data to identify you by name. You can opt out by installing Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Some pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. When a video loads, YouTube (a Google service) may set cookies and collect usage data under Google’s privacy policy.

Our hosting provider, WP Engine, keeps standard server logs (IP address, time of request, pages requested) for security and reliability.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting provider, our form and email tools, and our customer relationship management system. If you ask us for a quote, demo, or pilot involving Motive products, we may share your contact details and fleet information with Motive Technologies, Inc. as needed to prepare it. We may also disclose information when required by law.

This site uses cookies from Google Analytics and, when a video is played, from YouTube. We do not set advertising cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. The site works without them.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for as long as we have a business relationship, plus any period required by law. After that we delete or archive it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email pscura@margafleet.com or call 757-274-7169. We respond within one business day.

This site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
